Purpose
At the request of the Public Entity Saba, the Saba Conservation Foundation (SCF) developed a project proposal for establishing the Mount Scenery National Park on Saba. In response to feedback from the Public Entity Saba, a Logical Framework (LF) was compiled, and a revision of the budget in accordance with the LF was done.
Approach
Background documents were studied. In close cooperation with the SCF and the Public Entity Saba a LF was produced, and the budget was revised according to the Logical Framework.

A Logical Framework for setting up the Mount Scenery National Park and a revised budget for the project according to the LF.
